This policy shall provide cover to the insured on loss or damage by any accident or misfortune while the insured property is in transit or while in the course of loading or unloading from the conveyance or whilst temporarily housed in ordinary course of transit.
Exceptions
1. Any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly caused by or arising from or in consequence of or contributed by; ionization, radiation or contamination by radioactivity from nuclear waste.
2. Nuclear weapon materials.
3. Loss arising from war and kindred risks.
4. Loss subject to terrestrial limit.
