Governance and Board Updates

As part of efforts to deepen governance and strengthen strategic leadership, Sterling Assurance announced new appointments to its Board in 2024.

  Mr. Olusegun Adedeji Odubogun was appointed as an Independent Director.

  Mr. Antonio Olayiwola Emanuel joined as a Non-Executive Director.

  
  

Both appointments were approved by the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), reinforcing the company’s commitment to regulatory compliance, transparency, and sound corporate governance.

The Board and Management, led by Managing Director, Mr. T. A. Olorunmakomi, remain focused on executing strategies that will deliver long-term value to stakeholders.
