2. What to Include in Your Claim Notification?

To help us respond quickly, please include:

  1. Your Policy Number

  2. Photos of the damaged property (if applicable)

  3. The Date the incident occurred

3. What Happens Next?

Once we receive your claim, we will:

  • Assign a Claim Reference Number – Please use this number in all future communications.

  • Request Supporting Documents – These help us process your claim efficiently.

  • Appoint a Claims Representative – They may contact you or your repairer for more details. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

4. Settlement Process?

If your claim is approved:

We’ll send you a Settlement Offer Letter detailing the amount payable.

A Discharge Voucher (DV) will be attached to the letter.
