Mr. Agboola obtained a first degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin in 1987 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 1994.  He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.  In addition to some audit training in the firm of A.G. Fadairo & Co., Chartered Accountants, he also worked in Lanre Bhadmus Industries Limited from where he joined Newline Insurance Company Limited in October 2002.  Mr. Agboola has a wide experience in various aspects of accounting (including but not limited to Taxation and Consultancy) and has attended various management courses.  He is presently a Deputy General Manager in the Finance and Administration Division of Sterling Assurance Nigeria Limited.
